Check the complete price
An offer should show the total price, booking mode, pickup and delivery windows, and agreed loading or unloading help. Ask for missing details before accepting. A later change to the goods or service needs a revised agreement.
Keep payment and booking status separate
Check the recorded payment status and the booking confirmation. A payment still being checked is not a confirmed booking. If you see an unexpected charge or an unclear status, use the booking’s support path rather than paying again immediately.
Read the terms before paying
Payment methods, fees and cancellation terms must be shown before confirmation. Do not assume a payment includes insurance or escrow; check the accepted terms. Refund progress is separate from the delivery status and should remain visible until resolved.
