Shared space
Book the space and payload your goods need. Compatible orders can share a vehicle, and available capacity changes after each pickup or delivery. Saying that a load takes half the vehicle is only an estimate: dimensions, weight and safe placement still need checking.
Whole vehicle
Reserve exclusive cargo space between your pickup and delivery. No other customer’s goods can be onboard during that part of the journey. The driver can complete another order before your pickup or after your delivery if the itinerary remains feasible.
Change the mode before confirming
Choose the mode that meets your needs before accepting an offer. Changing it affects availability and price, so the driver must check the revised request and you must accept the new terms. The app does not add orders to a driver’s trip without their choice.
