What can I send?
Ordinary bulky household goods and properly packaged materials: furniture, appliances, boxes, building materials. Refrigerated goods, animals and dangerous goods are not accepted yet.
What if I don’t know the exact size?
Measure the packed goods’ length, width and height. If unsure, mark the measurements as approximate and add a photo. Uncertain measurements are checked by the driver or an operator before booking confirmation.
Can I cancel?
Before pickup, you can cancel under the cancellation terms you accepted. Payment and refund status are shown separately. After pickup, contact support to agree a safe handover or recovery plan for the goods.
How do drivers get paid?
The driver quotes one all-inclusive price. Transport, agreed assistance, the platform fee and net earnings are shown separately. Payment and driver payout status are tracked separately from delivery status.
Is my address shown publicly?
No. Public listings and share cards show city-level routes, the cargo category and general details. Exact addresses, map pins and phone numbers stay private and are accessible only to authorized booking participants.
