1.What Cargo is
Cargo is an online marketplace. It connects people who need bulky goods moved between cities in Uzbekistan (senders) with drivers of pickups and mini trucks who are already making that journey (drivers).
Cargo provides the software for requests and trips, matching, offers, reservations, handover records, messages, payments through connected providers, and support. Cargo is not the carrier: the driver performs the transport under the booking agreed with the sender. Cargo does not own or operate vehicles and does not employ drivers.
2.Your account
- You sign in with your own mobile number, confirmed by an SMS code, or with Sign in with Apple. Keep sign-in and handover codes private. Cargo never asks for them by phone or message.
- You must be legally able to enter into agreements under the law of Uzbekistan, which as a rule means you are 18 or older.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person uses one account, and you are responsible for what happens under it.
- Cargo may pause new activity on an account, or suspend it, when it breaks these terms, puts other people at risk or must be reviewed. Bookings already in progress are completed or recovered safely rather than abandoned.
3.Drivers
- Before publishing trips or making offers, a driver completes Cargo’s verification: identity, permission to drive, and evidence of the vehicle and cargo body. Verification checks the documents provided; it is not a guarantee of driving quality.
- Only eligible pickups and mini trucks are accepted, within the limits shown in the app (payload up to 3,000 kg and a cargo body up to 6.0 × 2.5 × 2.5 m).
- Drivers publish truthful trip details and available space, quote an all-inclusive price, never overload the vehicle, secure the goods, and follow the handover steps in the app.
- Drivers are responsible for their vehicle, licences, taxes and compliance with road and transport rules.
4.Requests, offers and bookings
- Senders describe their goods honestly: item count, dimensions, weight, photos, handling needs, access and who loads and unloads. A material change needs a new agreement before pickup.
- An offer shows the total price, timing, included services and accepted payment methods. Offers expire.
- A booking exists only when the app shows it as confirmed. Space is reserved for a short time while you confirm; an unconfirmed reservation is released automatically.
- With shared space, compatible goods may travel together. A whole-vehicle booking is exclusive while your goods are on board.
- At pickup the driver checks the item count and visible condition, takes photos and enters the sender’s handover code. A mismatch pauses pickup until it is resolved.
- The driver records delivery with photos. A delivered booking is completed when the sender confirms it, or automatically after a quiet period with no open problem report (currently 72 hours).
5.Prices and payment
- The driver sets the price. The total in the offer you accept is the price you agree to pay, including agreed services and any Cargo fee. Any Cargo fee is shown in the offer before you confirm.
- You can pay by card through Payme, including a card saved with Payme, through inPAY where offered, or in cash directly to the driver on delivery when the driver accepts cash for that trip.
- Card details are entered with the payment provider. Cargo keeps only the provider’s token and the masked card number.
- Cash is paid directly to the driver. Cargo records the driver’s declaration of what was collected; it is not a confirmation from a payment provider, and a mismatch is reviewed.
- Payment, refund and driver payout statuses are shown separately from the delivery status. A driver payout may be held while a problem report is open.
6.Cancellations and changes
- A sender can withdraw a request or decline offers before space is reserved. A driver can withdraw an offer that has not been reserved.
- Before pickup, a booking can be cancelled through the booking or support under the terms shown when it was accepted. Any charge or refund depends on those terms and the booking stage, and refund progress is shown separately.
- After pickup, cancellation becomes a recovery: the goods are kept safe and returned or delivered as agreed, and custody is recorded.
7.Goods we carry
Accepted: furniture, household appliances, boxes and bags, packaged building materials and shop stock in boxes.
Not accepted:
- Refrigerated or frozen goods
- Live animals
- Dangerous or flammable goods
- Passengers
- Loads heavier than the vehicle’s payload
- Anything prohibited by the law of Uzbekistan
The sender is responsible for safe packaging and for having the right to send the goods.
8.Problems, damage and support
- Report a problem through the booking. Support reviews the handover record: photos, counts, codes, times and location checks.
- Cargo does not insure goods in transit unless an offer says otherwise. Compensation for loss or damage is settled between the sender and the driver under the booking and the law. Cargo helps with evidence and mediation, may hold a driver’s payout while a report is open, and processes refunds for payments made through Cargo when they are due.
- Support works daily from 08:00 to 22:00 Tashkent time, inside the app. Urgent problems on active bookings are handled first.
9.Messages, reviews and conduct
- Use messages for the booking. Be respectful and lawful. Messages can be reported and moderated, and you can block another person.
- You can review a completed booking once. Reviews must be honest; abusive or false reviews can be hidden, and decisions can be appealed.
- Do not give false information, create fake bookings, use someone else’s account, try to access other people’s data or interfere with Cargo’s systems.
10.Location, photos and privacy
Cargo Driver shares the driver’s location with the booking’s sender only during the active journey. Photos and documents are stored privately. The Privacy Policy explains what Cargo collects and why.
11.Liability
Cargo works to keep the service available and accurate, but routes, times and estimates can change because of roads, weather or other people. To the extent the law allows, Cargo is not responsible for what a sender or driver does or fails to do, for the condition of goods, or for delays caused by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of Uzbekistan does not allow to be limited, including consumer rights.
12.Changes to these terms
Cargo may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. A booking confirmed before a change keeps the terms accepted when it was confirmed.
13.Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are first addressed through support and negotiation, and otherwise by the competent courts of Uzbekistan. Contact Cargo through support in the app.
