How can we help?

Operators work daily 08:00–22:00. Urgent issues on active bookings go to the front of the queue.

What we can carry

Allowed

  • Furniture, assembled or flat-packed
  • Household appliances
  • Boxes and bags
  • Packaged building materials
  • Shop stock in boxes

Not accepted yet

  • Refrigerated or frozen goods
  • Live animals
  • Dangerous or flammable goods
  • Passengers
  • Loads over vehicle payload
What if the goods turn out bigger than I said?

Pause before loading. Update the item count, dimensions, weight and photos, then ask the driver to check the revised load. A material change needs a new agreement before pickup. Do not load goods that exceed the vehicle’s safe capacity.

Who loads and unloads?

Agree who will load and unload before confirming the booking. Include floors, stairs, access restrictions and any help needed in the request. The agreed service and total price should make those responsibilities clear.

Can the driver carry someone else’s goods with mine?

With shared space, compatible goods may travel together if the route, timing and remaining capacity allow it. A whole-vehicle booking is exclusive while your goods are onboard: another customer’s goods cannot overlap that part of the trip.

What happens if something is damaged?

Check the item count and visible condition before confirming receipt. Take photos and report the problem through the booking so support can review the handover evidence. Keep the goods safe while a recovery is agreed. Compensation depends on the accepted terms; it is not automatically guaranteed.
